Summary: The staff is wonderful. Rhonda goes out of her way to ensure requests are carried out if appropriate. The free breakfast is great & I do not miss the standard hotel buffet breakfast. All the front desk staff are equally a delight & all greet guests with a smile. I swim most nights & the pool is perfectly temped and the local health club maintains it. What it lacks in “modern” decor is made up by the small town feel, friendliness & thoughtfulness.

Summary: It's an old retro inn. Lighting is very poor and the beds were not very comfortable. Reception desk lady was kinda robot. Very plain, no greeting, no smile. We didn't feel welcomed. The floor carpet is extremely old (Not Hygienic for Infants). Breakfast is another tricky part. You get coupons from the reception and then take them to the restaurant for your free breakfast that has a limited menu. Hence overall stay was OKAY not Exceptional. Voyageur Inn has to step up their game big time to sustain in this competitive Hotel Market.

Summary: Overall this really is a good place to stay. Onsite restaurant and bar was very convenient. Everyone was really helpful professional and courteous. But it’s showing its age. I’d stay here again though.

Summary: Breakfast is included & great, the staff are all super friendly & accommodating. Elevator has tendency to breakdown, & hallways are hot on the hotter days but does not stop me from staying as I feel safe. Rooms are large & have places to store your clothes which newer hotels in area are lacking.

Summary: This hotel could be a real gem if someone had the money to do just a few updates. The carpet, i'm guessing, is the original from 1972 and it smells like it. Walking down the hallway to the elevator & inside the elevator was a combination stench of mold, urine, and feet. There was no ventilation to help take any of the humidity out of the area. The rooms are big with a fridge & microwave. Again, take the old carpet out & replace with vinyl. The air conditioner worked great & the room itself did not have the same smell. The beds & pillows could also be updated. The attached restaurant is nice, but once again, replace the old nasty carpet and you would have a great old-time supper club atmosphere.
